We encourage our guests to stay alert during the walking tour, as you never know when there might be a ghost sighting! We can’t guarantee when it might happen, but both guests and guides have seen and felt things they can’t explain on our haunted tours.
Our ghost tour brings us face to face with death and the unknown but is still family-friendly and suitable for all ages.

Group size varies based on time of year and demand. We can keep everyone in your party in the same group. We've been doing this for years, and manage group size to ensure guests have a great experience. In the event you can't hear your tour guide, let them know, or move closer to them.

Some great parks and trails ring the city, including one that skirts White Rock Lake. This lake saw the tragic drowning of a young woman who haunts the lake area. She appears, sopping wet along Gaston Avenue, asking drivers for a ride home, only to disappear mid-ride, leaving only a wet patch in the car!

Hear the story of the ghosts of the warring family of the oil magnate, Mr. H.L. Hunt, who was the inspiration for the character J.R. Ewing on the TV soap opera Dallas. Some of the children from his polygamous family took their disputes over his fortune to the grave. Talk about unfinished business! Dive deeper into the Big D’s spooky side on the extended tour, which adds another four stories and around a half-mile to your tour.
